Organic Life Teas provides access to the www.organiclifeteas.com website (the “website”) and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. Our aim is to provide the very best customer service that we can.
Goods should be dispatched within three – five business days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order. Note that we do not generally send out over the weekend.
Special delivery will be undertaken for an additional cost upon request. UK postal delivery for first class mail is 1-2 business days from posting. International postal delivery times vary according to the destination country.
Occasionally items do get delayed in the post, so please do allow 10 days for UK, and 15 days for international items to be delivered. If not received in this time, please let us know and we will look into it straight away.
If any of the items purchased are unsatisfactory please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost including postage costs.
The cost of postage for returned unwanted items must be borne by you. Please make sure that all returned items are packed and posted carefully to avoid any damage.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage at the time of sending.
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded.
3. Pricing and availability
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the website, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.
Postage is calculated according the weight of the order and the destination. We try to ensure that this is current and accurate for the destination but reserve the right to amend if necessary. All prices are shown as Sterling pounds(GBP)
When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable.
4. Website Usage
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be impaired in any way. Neither may you cause it to be changed or modified in any way.
5. Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions at any time.
7. Statutory Rights
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who We Are
At Rainforest Growers and Organic Life Teas we are absolutely committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our subscribers and of visitors to our website. We NEVER share or rent email lists to other companies or businesses for marketing purposes, or in fact for any purpose at all.

Types of Data We Collect

We do not use any third party cookies.
As part of the registration process to receive our newsletter we collect your first name, your last name (optional) and email address. We collect these for a number of reasons: to send you information or products you have asked for from us, to send you our newsletters, to check our records are right and check from time to time that you are satisfied and happy with us and our service. This information is only collected for the purpose of a newsletter, if you sign up to the newsletter either through completing a form or if you opt in when you purchase an item through the website.
To deliver our newsletter we use a third-party provider, MailChimp. Using industry standard technology we gather statistics around email clicks and opening which we use to help us improve and monitor our newsletters. See MailChimp’s privacy notice for more information.

When you purchase products through www.organiclifeteas.com your full name, address and email address and the details of your order are stored in our Purchasing system. Your data is kept in case there is a problem with your order or product in the future, so we can rectify the issue for you. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company or party without your consent.
All payments made on are made through PayPal and so we do not have access to payment details such as bank cards and expiry dates.
